More young children are entering early childhood education programs with limited social and emotional skills in recent years than ever before. This can lead to educator stress and compassion fatigue, negatively impacting the child's development. This presentation will highlight research-based, relationally responsive strategies that caregivers and teachers can use to support children's social and emotional growth, promoting a well-rounded and thoughtful approach in the classroom.
