The ECHO model follows an “all teach, all learn” approach, honoring the knowledge and experience of all participants. Participants are encouraged to share thoughts, ideas, and experiences with others in their field, creating a virtual community of practice. As a result, our collective understanding of how to disseminate and implement best practices across diverse disciplines continuously improves and expands.
ECHO Curriculum is created based on the feedback and needs of the community involved. ECHO aims to provide direct service providers with the continued education they feel is most applicable to their everyday work.
