Join us to learn about the TN IECMH Consultation Warmline! The Warmline is for professionals working with infants, young children and their families. Research shows that the more supported you feel in your work, the better you will be able to engage the children and families you serve. The Warmline is staffed by mental health professionals who aim to empower you with support and resources needed in navigating challenges related to infant and early childhood mental health. The TN IECMH Consultation Warmline is currently funded for Evidence Based Home Visitors, Early Childhood Educators and staff members, Child Welfare workers, including foster parents, and Doula and Birth Workers.

Kate Keese, LMSW
Kate Keese, LMSW, is a TN IECMH Warmline Coordinator and a licensed master social worker with Allied Behavioral Health Solutions. Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health principles emphasize the importance of relationships and reflective practice as central to client healing and effective care overall. Kate holds these values closely and is grateful to be able to center them in her work with young children in foster care and in her role as a consultant working with adults who support children and families.
