Date: July 31st, 2024
Time: 9:00am - 11:00am CST/ 10:00am - 12:00pm EST
Description:
Come learn with us as we engage in the world of sensory play. Attendees will discuss why sensory play is an important part of development for all children and how to use sensory experiences in daily play, using items easily found at home. We will explore the different senses beyond the sensory bin and discover ways to overcome the common “fear of messy play” barriers to sensory play. No matter what sector, all professionals will walk away with a new understanding of sensory play, new ideas that can be implemented immediately, and a few time-tested recipes to expand their sensory play experiences.
