In this interactive session, attendees will explore the concept that leadership is not confined to only formal titles, but illuminated by each of us, regardless of position. The training will focus on various leadership styles and how each can be applied in a professional capacity, starting with each of us. Through engaging discussions and self-reflection, attendees will learn to identify their unique leadership style and harness it to influence, inspire, and motivate those around them. 

By the end of the session, participants will leave with the tools to lead from where they are and expand their sphere of influence. They will be equipped with actionable strategies to lead from any position within their organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth. This training is ideal for professionals at all levels who are ready to embrace leadership in their everyday actions and interactions.
