Children come in all shapes, sizes and abilities. For early childhood professionals, being aware of factors that can affect a child’s ability to meet developmental milestones can be critical to their on-going classroom assessments. This workshop aims to equip educators to identify common red flags in littles, generate ideas to effectively observe and document concerning behaviors, and develop strategies for collaborating with parents and other professionals.

*This training will be classified as a Health & Safety Training for ECE Workers, in accordance with TN DHS Licensure Rules for Child Care Agencies.
