Currently, she serves as Strategic Project Director at the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, overseeing programming for youth and young adult mental health initiatives. Kathryn's expertise in program development, behavioral health integration, and health equity outcomes has made her a key leader in creating impactful solutions for high-stress environments. She is dedicated to supporting professionals through evidence-based strategies that address the emotional toll of crisis work.
