Keosha
After working in business management for over ten years, Keosha left the private industry to open a Family Childcare Agency. During this transition, she fell in love with Early Childhood Education (ECE). Her years of experience in ECE have allowed her to develop strong connections within the community and advocate for early education. She has worked with childcare agencies to improve their quality, support their small business operations, and increase their accessibility to technology. Currently, she is the Technology Coordinator with Childcare Resource and Referral (CCR&R), aiming to close the digital divide in Tennessee. Within the community, she is a member of the Shelby County Children in Disaster Task Force, Safe Kids Worldwide, First 8 Memphis, and the AIMHiTN Community Engagement Workgroup. Additionally, she is Chair of the AIMHiTN Advisory Board and the Nominating Chair West for TACEE.
To develop connections and to stay up-to-date on ECE, she is also a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the Tennessee Association for Children's Early Education (TACEE), and the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC). From Miami, FL but residing in Memphis, TN, with her husband and two children, Keosha is passionate about our positive impact on our future leaders.
