Hello, I’m Erica Stafford and I serve as the Program Operations Coordinator with AIMHiTN. I became part of the AIMHiTN family in April 2024, and I could not be more grateful for the opportunity I have received. The passion our staff has for enriching and bettering the lives of Tennessee’s childcare professionals, infants, young children and families is remarkable and I am so very excited to work alongside and support our outstanding team members!
I graduated from Tennessee Tech University in 2007 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Following graduation, I worked for nearly 13 years in the healthcare industry, primarily in compliance, payroll & purchasing. While my work wasn’t direct with patients, I developed my interest for supporting those in the direct care roles. The behind-the-scenes, day-to-day tasks that keep everything running smoothly is where I thrive.
When away from my desk, you’ll find me surviving on an iced or blended coffee doing all the mom things for my 7 year old twin daughters. They are the joy of my life and being their mom is my most favorite job title! We love being active in all the events whether it’s with our family & friends, our church, the girls’ school or our community.
