AIMHiTN is proud to offer a Reflective Supervision Learning Collaborative! This is a 12-month program consisting of learning sessions, online reflection spaces, and an in-person reflective practice summit.

The Learning Collaborative is aimed at training reflective supervisors/consultants. This series will help supervisors support their staff in managing the emotional and relational complexities inherent in infant mental health work. Participants should be ready to implement reflective supervision within their programs upon completion of the learning collaborative.

  • Improved clinical practice for working with infants and families

  • Development of a shared language and understanding of infant mental health

  • Better outcomes for infants and families due to improved professional practices

  • Increased collaboration among professionals from diverse disciplines

This program is designed for supervisors within the infant and early childhood program space. Supervisors within a range of infant/early childhood programs can participate, including, but not limited to:

  • Child Welfare Programs

  • Early Care and Education

  • Early Intervention

  • Home Visiting

Program Cost per participant: $2,000

Fee includes:

  • 30 hours of learning content

  • 24 hours of reflective consultation

  • All requirements for the “Endorsed Reflective Supervisor” add-on to their IECMH Endorsement®

  • All required training materials
