Parker Parker

Parker Parker is a Manager within Deloitte’s Government & Public Services Consulting practice and has over 24 years of child welfare experience, providing direct services to youth and families, child welfare policy administration, and strategic planning consultation. Before joining Deloitte, Parker served as the Executive Director for Office of Continuous Quality Improvement for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, providing leadership and guidance to staff across seven units – Licensing Division, Provider Monitoring & Evaluation, Performance & Quality Improvement, Data Quality, Provider Quality, Accreditation, and Policy Development. In addition, Parker worked as a Consultant for the National Training and Technical Assistance Center for Child, Youth, and Family Mental Health and served as the Director of Child Programs – Behavioral Health Operations for the Tennessee Department of Health Care & Finance, Division of TennCare (Medicaid). Parker holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management, a Master of Science in Social Work, a Master of Arts in Sociology, a Graduate Certificate in Trauma Treatment, a Project Management Profession (PMP) certification, and is a Tennessee Licensed Advanced Practice Social Worker with a Graduate Certificate in the Trauma Treatment.
