Funding and Compliance Coordinator
The Funding and Compliance Coordinator will provide support for the Association of Infant Mental Health in Tennessee (AIMHiTN) in the areas of grant writing and contract compliance to uphold the mission and vision of AIMHiTN.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Funding and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for:
1. Researching, writing, and coordinating grant application processes
2. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all grant requirements, including federal, state, and private funding regulations
3. Developing, implementing, and maintaining systems to track and document funding opportunities and operational grant activities
4. Providing training and guidance to program staff on grant compliance requirements
Community Liaison - Southwest, TN
The Community Liaison will provide programmatic oversight for the Association of Infant Mental Health in Tennessee (AIMHiTN) in the area of Community Engagement to ensure effective partnership with stakeholders across agencies and disciplines to support the mission and vision of AIMHiTN.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Community Liaison will be responsible for:
1. Building relationships with all stakeholders in the IECMH community
2. Promoting and Coordinating membership in AIMHiTN.
3. Promoting, coordinating, and organizing AIMHiTN awareness events throughout the state of Tennessee. Providing outreach and information to professionals and agencies about infant and early childhood mental health, Infant Mental Health Endorsement® and the Infant Mental Health competencies®
4. Coordinating and maintaining updates of available IECMH services and programs across the promotion, prevention, intervention, and treatment spectrum.
Program Assistant - Community Engagement
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Program Assistant will be responsible for:
· Ensuring the completion of basic office tasks for the projects including faxing, copying/collating materials, standard correspondence to partners, distributing large mailings, database development, and management
· Preparation of AIMHiTN training and presentation materials.
· Supporting for AIMHiTN Community Engagement Team Division, including email and phone communication, meeting preparation and coordination, emailing agendas, etc., and assisting with event set-up
· Providing communication support for AIMHiTN staff, organizing, and monitoring administration tasks, and collaborating on meetings and schedules
· Assisting with the development of the administrative infrastructure to comply with the contract requirements for AIMHiTN
Program Assistant - Community Well-Being
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Program Assistant will be responsible for:
· Providing administrative support directly to the AIMHiTN Community Well-Being team
· Collaborating with the Community Well-Being team and the broader AIMHiTN team to organize materials for meetings and schedule meetings as needed
· Representing AIMHiTN in community and stakeholder meetings
· Developing a keen understanding of the IECMH community and the needs of this workforce and community
· Being aware of national, state, and local campaigns and awareness events to share with the AIMHiTN team for participation
Program Assistant - Sector Innovations
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Program Assistant will be responsible for:
· Providing administrative support directly to the AIMHiTN Sector Innovations team
· Collaborating with the Sector Innovations team and the broader AIMHiTN team to organize materials for meetings and schedule meetings as needed
· Representing AIMHiTN in community and stakeholder meetings
· Developing a keen understanding of the IECMH community and the needs of this workforce and community
· Being aware of national, state, and local campaigns and awareness events to share with the AIMHiTN team for participation
