My name is Kristin Williams, and I joined AIMHiTN’s team in March of 2021. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education at Tennessee Technological University in 2020. Serving others has always been a passion of mine, which ultimately led me to work with children in a childcare center after graduation. Watching the children in my care grow and develop through developmentally appropriate play and interactions filled me with joy. Today, I take pleasure in making connections and building relationships in my role at AIMHiTN.

My goal is to ensure that all little ones in Tennessee are cared for and supported by professionals who are informed about infant and early childhood mental health!

Currently, I call Cookeville, TN home. In my free time, I enjoy reading, being outdoors, and spending time with my friends and family.
