Julie Flannery

Julie Flannery is currently the Director of Child Welfare and Permanency Services at Family & Children’s Services.  Under her supervision is the Relative Caregiver Program (serving Davidson, MC and parts of NW), CAFÉ (Confronting Adversity for Future Empowerment) Counseling Program and the Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Program.  She previously served as the Director of FOCUS/TRANSform at Harmony Family Center and she was the Director of Foster Care and Adoptions for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services.  She earned her Master’s of Arts Degree in Psychology at Austin Peay State University.  Julie is a strong advocate for all children and families, especially those involved in the child welfare system.
