Emily is the Safe Baby Court Coordinator for Maury County. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Freed-Hardeman University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to Safe Baby Court, Emily has worked with the TN Department of Children’s Services and local Child Advocacy Center. Emily is committed to supporting families in need and reducing the stigma associated with addiction. She actively advocates for young children affected by parental substance use, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for their well-being. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her spouse and two children, playing a good board game, and crafting.
