Hello! I'm Taylor Barnes, living in the beautiful Cookeville, TN, alongside my family. My journey in the field of social sciences started when I graduated from Tennessee Tech University in 2018, where I earned a Bachelor of Sociology degree. From the start of my career, I've dedicated myself to early intervention and community mental health, and this led me to join the exceptional team at AIMHiTN in 2022. Presently, I serve as the Staff Well-Being Advisor and earned my IFA endorsement in April 2022.

My passion lies in infant and early childhood mental health, and I find immense satisfaction in providing support to the little ones and their caregivers all across Tennessee. Outside work, my joy is in creating memories with my husband and our 1-year-old son, nurturing my plants, and enjoying a good book!
