Lindsi Fritch

PROGRAM ASSISTANT

lindsif@aimhitn.org

My name is Lindsi Fritch, and I happily joined the team of AIMHiTN in December 2023 as the Program Assistant of Learning and Development. I have received a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Purdue University Fort Wayne and an Early Childhood Credential from the American Montessori Society. I also proudly hold the Infant Mental Health Endorsement® from AIMHiTN.

My professional experiences focus on early childhood development and education, along with early intervention and prevention services. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge from the role of an early childhood educator in both learning center environments and a Montessori school. Additionally, becoming a family support specialist by conducting in-home visitations has molded me into who I am today. My passions lie in nurturing the natural development of infants and children, while empowering and supporting their families towards their personal goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, our son, and our fur babies. I also enjoy being active outdoors- hiking, riding our SxS, swimming, walking, etc.- and reading personal development books.

Thank you for following along our journey here at AIMHiTN. Together we can create strong foundations, healthy relationships, and bright futures for all in the state of Tennessee.

"The child is endowed with unknown powers, which can guide us to a radiant future." -Maria Montessori
