Joining AIMHiTN's team in November of 2022 was an exciting step in my professional journey. I am Hannah Frisbey, a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE), and I earned my undergraduate degree in Child Development and Family Relations from Tennessee Tech. This isn't my first experience with AIMHiTN, as I served as an intern here in the summer of 2022. It's been an absolute pleasure to transition into a staff position as a Program Associate.

I'm now gearing up for the next phase of my educational journey, planning to earn my Master's degree at the Erikson Institute. I'm fueled by my passion to advocate for early childhood professionals, young children, and their families. It's my heartfelt mission to help professionals working with young children and families create fulfilling careers, remaining ever mindful of their profound influence on future generations.

Away from work, I have quite a varied mix of interests. You might find me cheering at a NASCAR race or helping to usher events for Bridgestone. But what I cherish most is spending time with my family.
