Hello, I'm Allison Rickett, the Strategic Innovations Coordinator at AIMHiTN and I serve under the CIO on the Innovations Team. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. Additionally, I hold certification as a development executive specializing in non-profit development as well as my IECMH-E® endorsements.

My professional background began in Montessori education at the Montessori Center of Jackson and Montessori Educational Institute of North America in Jackson, TN where I worked with both early childhood and elementary-aged students during the school year and adult students in the summer as they navigated earning their Montessori teaching requirements. It was during this time that my love for non-profit development was fostered.

Afterward, I served a local church in missions work, administration, finance, and marketing, while continuing my education. Upon graduation, I moved into a market leader role with XMC Technologies where I managed the operations of the West Tennessee region.

Throughout my professional journey, I've been committed to fostering community growth and serving underserved populations. I'm a proud graduate of Leadership Jackson - a leadership development program designed to nurture community leaders in Jackson, TN. I've had the honor of working with various organizations that cater to the homeless population in West Tennessee, and also with Leadership University, a program dedicated to the growth and leadership development of high school students.

Being a new mom and seeing the needs within the West Tennessee communities made it clear to me that there's a necessity for community resources to guide families and help children thrive in healthy environments. That's why AIMHiTN was a perfect match for my passion to serve the community.

When I'm not at work, I love hiking, kickboxing, reading, and spending precious time with my husband, son, and our two cats.
