My name is Kathleen Arwood, and I've been a proud member of the AIMHiTN team since July 2022. I hold an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, a B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and an Infant Mental Health Endorsement (IMH-E). I have always felt a deep passion for working with children and their families. This passion led me to my previous role as a speech language pathologist where I provided services to young ones in their homes and outpatient settings.

I studied at St. Louis University and East Tennessee State University, and I'm proud to bring over ten years of experience working with children with disabilities and their families to my role at AIMHiTN. During my career, I've seen firsthand the impact that relationship-focused services can have on enhancing the quality of life for families, and everyone who interacts with them.

I'm thrilled to be a part of the AIMHiTN team, where I can support others in their quest to foster healthy, nurturing relationships with children during their most critical stage of development.

In my personal time, I cherish outdoor adventures with my 6-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. Cooking and diving into a good book are also among my favorite pastimes.
